Shush is a 2016 American psychological dread thriller film directed by Mike
Flanagan from a screenplay by Flanagan and consequently Kate Siegel. The film
stars Samantha Sloyan, John Gallagher Jr., Michael Trucco, and Siegel. The film
was prepared by Trevor Macy, through Intrepid Pictures, and Jason Blum through
his Blumhouse Productions banner. The film had the item's world premiere at
Towards the south by Southwest on April 12, 2016. and been recently released
on April 8, 2016, by Netflix.
Madison "Maddie" Young (Kate Siegel), a young
hard of hearing author who lost your lady hearing after an onslaught of
bacterial meningitis over age 13, lives isolated in a small bachelor's pad in
the woods, going through off money from work sales. Her friend and furthermore
neighbor Sarah (Samantha Sloyan) visits her one-day to return a copy linked with
one of her books, and that night, has become chased back to Maddie's cottage by
a hidden man (John Gallagher Jr.). Sarah bangs on all of the door for help, yet
still Maddie doesn't notice an and the man stabs her to death located on the
doorstep.
The man quickly realizes that Maddie is hard of hearing and uses
